Resolution Financial Software names Robert Bruce as Managing Director.

Robert Bruce brings 13 years of experience to the provider of derivative pricing solutions.

Resolution Financial Software has named Robert Bruce as its Managing Director. Robert will be responsible for launching Resolution Financial Software in North America and provide product and marketing direction for the derivative valuation solutions.

Company founder Dr. Greg Anderson says, “It’s great to have Robert onboard. We believe Robert will be pivotal in moving the company to the next level. His years of experience in the financial-technology sector are a true asset to our team.”

Robert has more than a decade experience in the financial risk management and derivatives technology. He was previously Product Manager at Fincad and QuIC Financial Technologies. In addition to his industry experience, Robert has a bachelor’s degree in finance and information technology.

This appointment continues Resolution’s expansion with the new office in Vancouver, B.C. Robert’s addition is going to enhance the product offerings for the valuation of financial products, such as interest rate swaps and foreign exchange options.

Resolution Financial Software has been providing financial derivative pricing solutions since 2002. Formed by Dr Greg Anderson, Resolution has a team of pricing and software development experts that combine their advanced knowledge of derivative pricing and software design to produce some of the most accurate and robust pricing tools available on the market.

Resolution is pleased to announce the formation of Mark to Market Ltd, a subsidiary or Resolution Financial Software Ltd. Mark to Market Ltd has developed an online financial instrument valuation service called "m2monline", which provides online mark to market valuations of financial instruments. This service will be officially launched on 1 April 2006 and will provide clients with a quick and effective revaluation service to meet their requirements under IAS39 and FAS133. ResolutionPro - New release 1 November 2005

Resolution has updated our main product ResoltionPro to include a function to calculate Option Adjusted Spread (OAS). The OAS is a standard calculation in many fixed interest markets. Our development focus now turns to the development and release of a Credit Derivatives component.

Crighton Anderson Financial Software (CAFS) has undergone a complete re-branding phase as it embarks on an extensive business development program. CAFS is now known as Resolution Financial Software and will trade as Resolution. Our products have also been re-branded to align them more closely with the company.
