Getting Support

The Resolution Financial Software offers limited free support to all licensed users to ensure that our products are implemented correctly. Initial contact for all support enquiries should be made via e-mail or fax. The contact should include details of the customers operating system and version of MS Excel.

We provide free support for all problems associated with installation of the software, as well as 5 free support contacts associated with the use of the software. Subsequent contacts will be charged at NZD $35 (plus GST, if a New Zealand resident).

Problems relating to installation that are covered by free support must meet the following criteria:

  • customer can no longer access features that were working prior to an upgrade
  • customer cannot run the setup program
  • the problem relates to the software registration process
  • hardware and software must comply with the system requirements for the software
  • the problem is not related to a lack of standard computer literacy
  • Any other problems arising due to errors in the software code or documentation will also be covered by free support.
