Software purchases should be based on thorough evaluation of the most current, fully functional technology. Users should be able to test every feature of a software package for functionality and compatibility. Resolution software can be evaluated with no limitations in capabilities.

All Resolution products are offered under a 5-day evaluation licence. In evaluation mode, all software functionality is available. Resolution software should not be used beyond the expiration of the evaluation licence. Individuals or organizations wishing to extend their evaluation licence beyond the stated period can contact Resolution sales at sales@derivativepricing.com to request permission and receive instructions.

Refund policy

All Resolution software products are available for a 5-day evaluation. Customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the software prior to purchasing a software licence. Evaluation software which may be downloaded from the Resolution web site, is fully functional and includes complete online documentation. During the evaluation period, technical support is available by sending an e-mail to support@derivativepricing.com
