Maintenance Plan
Included in the purchase price of ResolutionPro is the maintenance plan for
the first year. This entitles the customer to;
- Up to 5 free support events per year
- Free software upgrades
within the first year
- After the first year the maintenance plan is available at a cost of USD
$700/yr
Installation issues
For problems related to installation of the ResolutionPro software, we offer
free support to all users subject to the following criteria:
- user can no longer access features that were working prior to an upgrade
- user cannot run the setup program
- the problem relates to the software registration process
- hardware and software must comply with the system requirements for the
software
- the problem is not related to a lack of standard computer literacy
Any other problems arising due to errors in the software will also be covered
by free support
