This web page will automatically install the Microsoft XML Parser version 3.0
(Service Pack 4). This addresses the 'Class Not Registered' issue that
some users may experience when running Resolution with the updated GUI.
After a short time, a dialog box similar to that shown below will appear asking
whether you wish to install and run "msxml3 sp4 files" from Microsoft Corporation.
Click 'Yes', and the XML Parser will be installed on your computer. After
this, you should no longer experience 'Class Not Registered' errors when running
Resolution.
